TDMimports Polygon Close Open Ended Lugnuts are manufactured using our latest cold-forged forming technology. Instead of machining the entire shape from a solid billet like the traditional method, the lugnuts are forged directly into their near-final shape. This significantly reduces the amount of machining required and results in 30–40% increased strength and durability compared to our previous fully-machined design. All TDMimports lugnuts are made from 7075-T6 aluminum, a 7000-series aerospace-grade alloy known for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. We highly recommend using a torque wrench for installation. Torque specification: 88–118 N·m (9–12 kgf·m) Please re-torque the lugnuts after 100 km (63 miles) of driving following each installation.
