All-new SR20VE / SR16VE thermostat housings are now available, machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with anodizing surface coating. This billet thermostat housing is a direct replacement for the OEM cast aluminum unit. It was developed to address common corrosion issues found on original housings after over 20 years of use.

In addition to improved durability, the billet construction offers a cleaner and more refined appearance.

To complete the OEM-style detail, we have also replicated the original thermostat housing sticker. This reproduction closely matches the OEM specification, from material to typography, delivering a near 1:1 finish.
