TDMimports Polygon Close ended lugnuts design are made out of new forging techonlgoy method. Instead of old fashion way by using CNC to machine out of entire raw, we have the lugnuts formed the shape exact that we need and minimize maching method. By using this method, it increases up the durbaility by least 30-40% compared to our previous design.
All of our lug nuts are made out of 7000 series of 7075 aluminum, and cold forging form. It is same aluminum series as aerospace commonly used.
All of our lugnuts are higly recommend using torque wrench to torque down, the torque spec is 88-118N.M (9-12kgf.m)
Also, please re-torque lugnuts 100 kilometer (63miles) after per installation.
